摘要
目的 探索护士强制公民行为与离职意愿现状,并分析强制公民行为对离职意愿的影响。方法 采用强制公民行为量表与离职意愿量表对341名执业护士进行调查。结果 护士强制公民行为总分为(20.65±2.87)分,离职意愿总分为(17.76±3.28)分;强制公民行为与离职意愿呈正相关(P<0.05),强制公民行为可独立解释离职意愿变异的30.9%。结论 临床护士的强制公民行为与离职意愿均处于较高水平,护理管理者可通过降低强制公民行为来减少护士的离职意愿。
Objective To examine the prevalence of compulsory citizenship behavior and turnover intentions among nurses and analyze the impact of compulsory citizenship behavior on turnover intention.Methods A survey was conducted with 341 practicing nurses.The Compulsory Citizenship Behavior Scale and the Turnover Intention Scale were used.Results The total score for nurses′compulsory citizenship behavior was(20.65±2.87),while the total score for the turnover intention was(17.76±3.28).Compulsory citizenship behavior positively correlated significantly with turnover intention(P<0.05).Furthermore,compulsory citizenship behavior accounted for 30.9%of the variance in turnover intention.Conclusion The compulsory citizenship behavior and turnover intention levels among clinical nurses are notably high.To alleviate turnover intentions,managers should focus on reducing nurses′compulsory citizenship behavior.
