摘要
热解技术是实现污泥高效资源化的主要途径之一,污泥热解产物可用于制备重油、污泥炭及燃料气体。污泥热解产物组分复杂、目标产物难以控制而碱土金属催化剂可提高热解产物产率和质量,降低处理成本。通过文献调研,对比不同碱土金属化合物作为催化剂时对城市污泥、含油污泥、造纸污泥热解产物的影响及优化效果,分析了不同种类催化剂的优势与不足,为不同污泥高效催化热解资源化利用提供了依据和参考。
Pyrolysis technology is one of the main ways to realize the efficient reclamation of sludge.The pyrolysis products of sludge can be used to prepare heavy oil,sludge carbon and fuel gas.The composition of sludge pyrolysis products is complex and the target products are difficult to control.The alkaline earth metal catalyst can improve the yield and quality of pyrolysis products and reduce the treatment cost.Based on literature research,this paper compared the effects of different alkaline earth metal compounds as catalysts on the pyrolysis products of municipal sludge,oily sludge and papermaking sludge and the optimization effect,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of catalysts.This study provides the basis and reference for the efficient catalytic pyrolysis utilization of different sludge resources.
