肿瘤低氧微环境激活前药研究进展

摘要 缺氧是在许多实体瘤中发现的低氧张力状态。作为实体瘤的标志之一,它通常与脉管系统异常有关,导致氧气和营养物质供应减少,以及药物输送受损。肿瘤的缺氧通常会引起局部异质性环境改变,其特征是氧浓度降低、pH值相对较低和活性氧水平升高。肿瘤缺氧异质性能够促进肿瘤侵袭、转移、血管生成和多重耐药蛋白的增加。这些因素降低了抗癌药物的治疗效果,因此低氧激活前药成为了抗肿瘤药物研发的一大热点。
