摘要
大型LNG储罐作为存储液化天然气的主要压力容器,对外罐混凝土的承载力、变形、裂缝、耐久性和预应力等方面具有严格的控制。任何一项指标偏差,都将严重影响LNG储罐耐久性及使用寿命。考虑混凝土LNG储罐功能上的重要性,以及结构设计中有限元计算误差等因素,在施工图设计中,设计者往往在各项指标中给与储罐结构较大的安全余量。这导致建设成本居高不下,因此有依据地优化设计是储罐设计面临的重大课题。
As the main pressure vessel for storing liquefied natural gas,large LNG tanks have strict control over the bearing capacity,deformation,cracks,durability,and prestress of external tank concrete.Any deviation in any indicator will seriously affect the durability and service life of LNG tanks.Considering the importance of the functionality of concrete LNG tanks and factors such as finite element calculation errors in structural design,designers often give large safety margins to the tank structure in various indicators in construction drawing design.This has led to high construction costs,so evidence-based optimization design is a major issue faced by tank design.
