摘要
总结探讨了卫生学的消毒定义,延伸了其在药品生产过程中的消毒应用。在消毒定义的基础上,就消毒剂的使用进行了分析,研究了在药品生产过程中的消毒剂应用管理要点。研究指出,药品生产过程强调生产要素管理的持续受控,既然各要素持续受控,也就没有必要过度使用消毒之类的措施来控制微生物,所以,药品生产的消毒管理,其实质是强化对环境中微生物负荷的监控,确保其持续受控。根据这一原则,对药品生产过程中的微生物负荷控制、消毒剂的使用提出了一些具体的建议。
This article summarizes and explores the definition of disinfection in hygiene,extending its application in disinfection in drug production processes.Based on the definition of disinfection,an analysis was conducted on the use of disinfectants,and the key points of disinfectant application management in drug production were studied.Research has pointed out that the pharmaceutical production process emphasizes the continuous control of production factor management.Since each factor is continuously controlled,there is no need to overuse measures such as disinfection to control microorganisms.Therefore,the essence of disinfection management in pharmaceutical production is to strengthen the monitoring of microbial load in the environment to ensure its continuous control.Based on this principle,some specific suggestions have been put forward for microbial load control and the use of disinfectants in the drug production process.
