基于络病理论探讨卵巢血管生成异常与多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的相关性

Discussion on the correlation between abnormal ovarian angiogenesis and ovulation dysfunction in polycystic ovary syndrome based on the collateral disease theory

排卵障碍是多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的特征之一,也是导致PCOS不孕症的主要原因。因此,PCOS排卵障碍的发病机制受到临床广泛关注。近期研究证实PCOS患者存在卵巢血管生成异常现象,这一现象与排卵障碍密切相关并加速PCOS发展进程。络病理论是中医学解释血管异常相关疾病的理论桥梁,临床上常从络病病机入手防治血管相关疾病。基于络病理论探讨卵巢血管生成异常与PCOS排卵障碍之间的相关性,并分析PCOS排卵障碍的络病病机,既可丰富PCOS中医理论内涵,又可为PCOS的诊治提供新思路。

Ovulation dysfunction is one of the features of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and the primary cause of infertility in PCOS patients.Therefore,the pathogenesis of PCOS ovulation dysfunction has received extensive clinical attention.Recent studies have confirmed the presence of abnormal ovarian angiogenesis in PCOS patients,which is closely associated with ovulation dysfunction and accelerates the progression of PCOS.The collateral disease theory constructs a theoretical bridge in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that facilitates the explanation of vascular abnormalities,and it is used to prevent and treat vascular-related diseases in the clinical practice by focusing on the collateral disease pathogenesis.This paper explores the correlation between abnormal ovarian angiogenesis and PCOS ovulation dysfunction based on the collateral disease theory and analyzes the corresponding pathogenesis of PCOS ovulation dysfunction.By doing so,it not only enriches the theoretical connotations of TCM in explaining PCOS,but also provides new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
