摘要
《金匮要略》中对于情志疾病及相关症状的治法颇多,其中降逆与补虚二法有非常重要的地位。《金匮要略》中降逆诸法主要以治疗梅核气之顺气降逆、治疗奔豚气之平冲降逆、治疗痞满症状之和胃降逆为代表,补虚诸法主要以治疗百合病之养阴清热、治疗脏躁之养心安神、治疗不寐之养血安神、治疗心悸之温中补虚为代表;另有阴阳双补、调和阴阳之法作为补虚诸法的补充。
There are many ways to treat emotional diseases and their related symptoms in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,and the two methods of reducing inverse and restoring deficiency have great significance.In Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the methods of reversing inverse are mainly represented by the treatment of guiding qi downward and reversing inverse for globus hysteriocus,calming the thoroughfare vessel and downbearing counterflow for up-rushing gas syndrome descending,and harmonizing the stomach to downbear counterflow for distention and fullness.The methods of restoring deficiency are mainly represented by nourishing yin and clearing heat for lily disease,tranquilizing by nourishing the heart for hysteria,nourishing the blood and tranquilization for insomnia,and warming middle-Jiao and tonifying deficiency for heart palpitations.In addition,restoring deficiency for yin and yang,regulating yin and yang is used as a supplement to the method of replenishing deficiency.
