基于阴阳探析“畜鱼置介”法与肾性高血压的联系

Analysis of relationship between“farming fish and placing shells”method and renal hypertension based on yin and yang

中医大家喻嘉言认为治疗下虚上实之证,既要注意阳气的潜纳又要兼顾阴分的资生。以鱼喜动为水中之阳,喻肾水中之真阳,同为水物的介类沉伏喻水中之阴,二者喻阴阳之医理“畜鱼千头者,必置介类于池中”。肾性高血压发病以肾损为先,肾为阴阳水火之宅,精气内伤,脏腑阴阳失调,阴虚阳亢,上扰清窍,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此运用“畜鱼置介”法治疗肾性高血压切中病机,且价廉效佳,具有明显优势。

Yu Jiayan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,thinks that the treatment of the syndrome of lower deficiency and upper excess should not only pay attention to the latent absorption of yang but also take into account the health of yin.Fish like to move as the yang in the water,a metaphor for the genuine yang of the kidney in the water,and shells of water properties sinking as the yin in the water.Fish and shells are just like the medical theory of yin and yang,“farming fish thousands,must place shells in the pond”.Renal hypertension starts with kidney damage,and kidney is the house of water-fire and yin-yang.Internal injury of qi,imbalance of yin and yang of zang-fu organs,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity seriously affect the quality of patients´life.Therefore,the application of“farming fish and placing shells”method in the treatment of renal hypertension is inexpensive and effective,and has obvious advantages.
