摘要
臭氧技术在水处理中的应用逐渐扩大,为了提高处理效率、稳定性和可靠性,降低人为干预以及保障水处理质量,无人值守的自动控制成为臭氧系统发展的趋势。本文首先介绍了臭氧技术的背景和应用,然后详细分析了实现水厂臭氧系统无人值守自动控制的关键步骤和方法,包括传感器部署和数据采集、工艺流程控制、自动控制算法设计、远程监控和故障处理等。
The application of ozone technology in water treatment has gradually expanded,in order to improve treatment efficiency,stability and reliability,reduce human intervention and ensure treatment quality,unattended automatic control has become the trend of ozone system development.This paper first introduces the background and application of ozone technology,and then analyzes in detail the key steps and methods to realize unattended automatic control of ozone system in water plants,including sensor deployment and data acquisition,process control,automatic control algorithm design,remote monitoring and fault handling.
