摘要
螺纹加工主要为切削加工和滚压加工,切屑加工通过切屑材料晶粒的完整性获得螺纹齿形,而滚压加工通过材料挤压使其产生流变,得到压缩致密的螺纹齿形,故目前外螺纹加工选择滚压加工方式,但滚压加工效率低,润滑油滴落地面油污重,存在安全隐患。为解决这些问题,本文设计了一种自动加工装置,该装置主要采用传送带传送产品,利用机械臂进行抓取、翻转,加工完成后自动落料,落料传送带采用镂空网带,使润滑油滴落到下方的油品回收装置上,结合生产实际情况对产线进行精益生产布局,解决了因劳动强度大导致生产效率低,避免了加工过程中因漏油导致地面湿滑的安全问题。研究表明,该装置在实际应用过程中能完全替代人工手动作业。
Thread processing mainly includes cutting and rolling processing.Chip processing obtains thread tooth shape through the integrity of chip material grains,while rolling processing produces rheological properties through material extrusion,resulting in compressed and dense thread tooth shape.Therefore,currently,the rolling processing method is chosen for external thread processing.However,the efficiency of rolling processing is low,and lubricating oil drops onto the ground with heavy oil stains,posing safety hazards.To solve these problems,this paper designs an automatic processing device that mainly uses a conveyor belt to transport products,using the mechanical arm grabs and flips the product,and automatically drops the material after processing.The feeding conveyor belt uses a hollow mesh belt to make lubricating oil drip onto the oil recycling device below.Based on the actual production situation,the production line is laid out in a lean production layout,solving the low production efficiency caused by high labor intensity,avoiding the safety issue of wet and slippery ground caused by oil leakage during the processing.Research has shown that this device can completely replace manual operation in practical applications.
