基于反馈快速学习网的汽轮机节能运行自适应控制方法

摘要 汽轮机长期运行会偏离设计工况,变工况时传统控制方法下热平衡分析精度较差,导致汽轮机热经济性明显下降。为此,本文提出基于反馈快速学习网的汽轮机节能运行自适应控制方法,在获取汽轮机热力系统结构的基础上,利用反馈快速学习网建立热力系统的热效率模型,并以热效率优化为控制目标,设计自适应控制器,实现汽轮机节能运行自适应控制。实验结果表明,与控制前相比,本文方法控制下的汽轮机热效率提升了7.6%,证明了该方法可有效控制汽轮机的节能运行。 The long-term operation of a steam turbine may deviate from the design working conditions,and the accuracy of thermal balance analysis under traditional control methods is poor during variable working conditions,resulting in a significant decrease in the thermal economy of the steam turbine.Therefore,this paper proposes an adaptive control method for energysaving operation of steam turbines based on a feedback fast learning network.On the basis of obtaining the structure of the steam turbine thermal system,a thermal efficiency model of the thermal system is established using the feedback fast learning network.With thermal efficiency optimization as the control objective,an adaptive controller is designed to achieve adaptive control for energy-saving operation of steam turbines.The experimental results show that compared with before control,the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine under the control of the design method in this paper has increased by 7.6%,proving that this method can effectively control the energy-saving operation of the steam turbine.
