一种全封闭百级无尘内嵌式直线传动模组的设计

Design of a Fully Enclosed 100 Level Dust-Free Embedded Linear Transmission Module

针对无尘等级车间行业的严格要求,本文设计并验证了一款ACH系列全封闭式百级无尘直线传动模组。经过在ISO-CLASS4环境中的粒子计数测试,证明了该模组的尘埃发射量符合ISO-CLASS5(百级)无尘等级的规定。测试结果显示,当该模组在最高速度(1 m/s)运行时,其尘埃粒子数量显著低于ISO-CLASS5标准,证明其在高速运行状态下的优秀无尘性能。因此,ACH系列模组具有替代国外同类产品的潜力,可为自动化行业的设备制造提供新的方案。

In response to the strict requirements of the dust-free level workshop industry,this paper designed and validated an ACH series fully enclosed 100 level dust-free linear transmission module.The module has undergone particle counting testing in the ISO-CLASS4 environment,proving that its dust emission meets the requirements of ISO-CLASS5(100 level)dust-free level.The test results show that when the module operates at the maximum speed of 1 m/s,the number of dust particles is significantly lower than the ISO-CLASS5 standard,which proves its excellent dust-free performance at high speed.Therefore,the ACH series modules have the potential to replace similar foreign products and provide new solutions for equipment manufacturing in the automation industry.
