摘要
为解决马脊梁矿采煤效率低的问题,本文通过分析机械化采煤工艺的特性,研究现存采煤工艺过程中出现的问题,提出通过优化采煤设备、引入填充系统以及安装硬度监测装置的方法优化采煤工艺。研究结果表明,使用优化后的工艺提升了煤矿机械化采煤的效率和经济效益。
To solve the problem of low coal mining efficiency in Majiliang Mine,this paper analyzes the characteristics of mechanized coal mining technology,studies the problems that arise in the existing coal mining process,and proposes to optimize coal mining technology by optimizing coal mining equipment,introducing filling systems,and installing hardness monitoring devices.The research results indicate that the use of optimized processes has improved the efficiency and economic benefits of mechanized coal mining in coal mines.
