数据中心小母线配电系统安全问题的探讨

摘要 随着小母线配电技术在数据中心的广泛使用,数据中心对小母线配电系统的安全性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。小母线因其制造工艺,发生故障的案例并不多见,但发生故障后,其排查难度相较于传统的列头柜配电方式更难,这就对电气运维工程师提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了小母线配电系统的组成、优缺点和常见故障的处理方法,通过某数据中心小母线故障实际案例分析,给出了小母线电气安全方面的改进措施建议,为小母线配电产品在电气安全上的优化改进提供了思路。 With the wide use of small bus bar power distribution technology in data centers,data centers put forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of small bus bar power distribution system.Small bus bar because of its manufacturing process,the case of failure is rare,but after the failure,the difficulty of investigation is more difficult than the traditional head cabinet distribution mode,which puts higher requirements on electric operation and maintenance engineers.This article introduces the composition,advantages and disadvantages of a small bus bar distribution and and common troubleshooting methods of the small bus bar distribution system.Through the analysis of an actual case of a small bus bar fault in a data center,suggestions for improving the electrical safety of the small bus bar are provided,providing ideas for optimizing and improving the electrical safety of small bus bar distribution products.
