基于数据中心列间空调冷热通道隔离的仿真研究

A simulation research based on the cold and hot channels of in-row air conditioning in data center

摘要 随着数据中心规模的扩大,热管理成为数据中心运维的一项关键任务。本文以某数据中心机房为研究对象,利用CFD软件搭建仿真模型,比较采用封闭冷通道和封闭热通道技术时机房的温度云图和气流流线图,探讨冷热通道隔离对数据中心运行效果的影响。仿真结果表明,采用封闭热通道后机房的整体温度更加均衡,局部热点减少,提升了机房的容灾能力,也为后续机房气流组织优化提供参考。 With the expansion of data center scale,thermal management of data centers has become a key task.This study takes a data center computer room as the research object,and uses CFD software to build a model for simulation.The temperature cloud map and airflow streamline map are compared when using closed cold channel and closed hot channel technologies,and the impact of cold and hot channel isolation on the operation effect of the data center is explored.The simulation results show that the overall temperature of the computer room is more balanced after using a closed hot channel,and local hot spots are reduced.The simulation results show that the overall temperature of the computer room is more balanced after using a closed hot channel,and local hotspots are reduced,which improves the disaster tolerance ability of the computer room and provides a reference for optimizing the airflow organization of the subsequent study.
