通信基站新风技术应用优化分析

摘要 随着通信技术与5G网络的不断发展,基站机房中的能耗大幅增加,相应机房中的制冷能耗也大幅增加。本文提出利用新风冷却技术对机房进行降温,基于FloTHERM对基站机房的气流组织进行仿真模拟,对机房级降温方式进一步优化,提出机柜级制冷加新风系统解决方案,并验证了其有效性,对比分析3种新风进风位置对基站热环境的影响。考虑新风温度也会影响基站机房的热环境,基于温度对送风启停进行了优化设计,为实际基站机房的安装与布置提供指导。 With the rapid development of communication technology and 5G networks,the energy consumption in the base station computer room has significantly increased,and the corresponding cooling energy consumption in the computer room has also increased significantly.Therefore,reducing the power consumption of the computer room cooling system has become a research focus at this stage.This paper proposes to use fresh air cooling technology to cool down the machine room.Based on FloTHERM,it simulates the air distribution in the base station machine room,further optimizes the machine room level cooling,proposes cabinet level cooling+dedicated outdoor air system,and verifies its effectiveness.After that,it compares and analyzes the impact of three fresh air inlet positions on the thermal environment of the base station.Considering that the temperature of fresh air can also afect the thermal environment of the base station room,an optimized design was conducted for the start and stop of air supply based on temperature,providing guidance for the installation and layout of the actual base station room.
