摘要 针对数据中心运维场景下水泵、风机和开关柜等设备无法及时监测故障发生前期运行工况的需求,本文通过对机房设备运行时的声纹信息进行连续监测,采用无线/有线振动传感器将监测数据传输至云端服务器,通过智能算法实现对设备状态的实时监测和自动诊断分析,实现了故障发生前的自动诊断和预警,提升了数据中心安全生产运维效率。实践证明,该方案易于推广,使用场景分布广泛,通用性强。 Aiming at the scenario of data center operation and maintenance,water pumps,fans,and switch cabinets cannot timely monitor the operating conditions in the early stage when a fault occurs.Continuous monitoring of the voice print information of the equipment room is performed,and wireless or wired vibration sensors are used to transmit the monitoring data to the cloud server.Intelligent algorithms are used to realize real-time monitoring and automatic diagnosis and analysis of equipment status,realizing automatic diagnosis and early warning before faults occur,and improving the safety production and operation and maintenance efficiency of data centers.Practice has proved that the scheme is easy to popularize,widely distributed in application scenarios,and has strong universality.
