摘要
在“新基建”与“双碳”宏观形势下,国家对数据中心PUE的要求逐渐提高。由于老旧机楼建设时间较长,水冷系统冷却塔年久失修,为提高冷却塔散热效率,压降制冷系统耗电量,需注重对冷却塔的保养及日常维护工作。本文介绍冷却塔的运行维护情况,分享某传统机楼的维护案例,对开式冷却塔的节能运维展开探讨。
Under the macro situation of"New Infrastructure"and"double carbon",the country's requirements for data center PUE are gradually increasing.Due to the long construction time of the old machine building,the cooling tower of the water cooling system has fallen into disrepair,and the cooling eficiency of the cooling tower has been improved,and the power consumption of the pressure drop refrigeration system requires attention to the maintenance and daily maintenance of the cold tower.This article introduces the operation and maintenance of cooling towers,shares the maintenance cases of a traditional machine building,and explores the energy-saving operation of cooling towers.
