动态分层教学法在广州民办本科排球公体课教学中的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Dynamic Layered Teaching Method in the Teaching of Public Volleyball Physical Education Courses in Private Universities in Guangzhou

在《中国教育现代化2035》和《关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》的背景下,教学改革是大势所趋,核心是教学方法的使用创新。该文以126名身体素质相近、排球基本技术无显著性的学生为实验对象进行教学实验,通过与传统教学法进行对比和问卷调查的研究方法,探究动态分层教学法对广州市民办本科排球公共选修课排球教学的影响。研究发现,动态分层教学法对排球专项体能的提高没有显著差异,但对排球技术水平的提高和非智力因素的影响有非常显著的差异,能够有效地促进学生非智力因素的提升和排球技术水平的提高,符合个性化教学的教学原则,符合学生个性和心理的发展规律,提高了学生的学习积极性、主动性和自信心,提升了教学效果。最后提出了动态分层教学法在应用与教学研究中的相关建议。

In the context of the"China's Education Modernization 2035"and the"Opinions on the Ministry of Education on Deepening the Reform of Undergraduate Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Talent Cultivation",teaching reform is the trend of the times,and its core is the use and innovation of teaching methods.In order to explore the impact of introducing the dynamic layered teaching method to the public elective course in volleyball in private universities in Guangzhou on volleyball teaching,by the research method of the comparison with the traditional teaching method and questionnaire survey,this paper conducts teaching experiments with 126 students who have similar physical fitness and no significant basic volleyball skills as experimental subjects.It is found that the dynamic layered teaching method has no significant difference in improving special volleyball physical fitness,but has a very significant difference in improving the volleyball skill level and the impact of non-intelligent factors,and it can effectively promote the improvement of students'non-intelligent factors and volleyball skill level,and comply with the teaching principles of personalized teaching and the development laws of students'personality and psychology,which improves students'learning enthusiasm,initiative and self-confidence,and improves teaching effectiveness.Finally,this paper proposes relevant suggestions on the application and teaching research of the dynamic hierarchical teaching method.
