高校体育教师数字化教学实践的关键能力构成与发展研究

加强高校体育教师数字化教学能力是推进教育数字化转型的重要内容,研究发现:设计能力及管理能力是高校体育教师数字化教学关键能力中的重要因素。高校学生更加关注高校体育教师关于数字教学的设计能力和管理能力;且高校普遍具有一定数字资源,以供体育教师教学利用,但不同高校体育教师对于数字化教学的管理和互动方面的认知及能力存在较大差异。基于此,建议高校体育教师关注数字化教学的设计及管理;高校则关注体育教师数字化教学发展的个体差异性,并提供更丰富、多元化的数字化体育教学资源。

Strengthening the digital teaching ability of college physical education teachers is an important part of promoting the digital transformation of education,and it is found that the design ability and management ability are important factors for the key capacities of the digital teaching of college physical education teachers.College students pay more attention to the design ability and management ability of the digital teaching of college physical education teachers,and colleges and universities generally have a certain digital resources for physical education teachers to use for teaching,but the cognition and ability of the management and interaction of the digital teaching of different college physical education teachers have great differences.Based on this,it is suggested that college physical education teachers should pay attention to the design and management of digital teaching,and that colleges and universities should pay attention to the individual differences of the digital teaching development of physical education teachers and provide richer and more diversified digital PE teaching resources.
