峡山电站技术供水滤水器优化改造

摘要 峡山电站技术供水系统一直受滤水器堵塞的困扰,水压低及过水量小使技术供水泵频繁倒换,不能完全满足机组技术供水要求,严重影响机组安全运行。对峡山电站不能满足机组技术供水要求的滤水器进行了优化改造,使其能够自动过滤、清污、排污,满足机组用水及远方控制、无人值班、少人值守的工作要求。 The technical water supply system at Xiashan Power Plant has long been plagued by filter clogging issues,resulting in low water pressure and reduced flow rates.These problems have led to frequent pump switching,making it impossible to fully meet the technical water supply requirements of the units and significantly impacting their safe operation.In response,optimization and retrofitting efforts have been undertaken on the filters that were unable to meet the technical water supply requirements at Xiashan Power Plant.These enhancements enable the filters to automatically filter,clean,and discharge contaminants,meeting the water supply needs of the units,as well as the requirements of remote control,unmanned operation,and minimal on-site personnel.
