望亭水利枢纽降低上下游闸门联动操作耗时研究

摘要 望亭水利枢纽若启闭上游主体工程8号、9号孔及下游三孔节制闸的时间超出30min,则可能导致隔墙内外水位差超过80cm,会直接影响隔墙结构安全和望亭电厂稳定运行,文章针对望亭水利枢纽上下游闸门联动操作耗时超出工程运行管理有关制度的要求,通过采取修订操作规程、更换行程装置、设置工字钢自动锁定装置等措施,降低了望亭电厂水利枢纽上下游闸门联动操作耗时,节约了经济成本,提升了闸门操作系统的可靠性,取得了较好效果。 If the opening and closing of the upstream main structures of Gate 8 and Gate 9 and the downstream three-regulation gates at Wangting Water Control Hub exceed 30 minutes,it may result in a water level difference of over 80 cm between the inside and outside of the dividing wall.This would directly affect the safety of the dividing wall structure and the stable operation of the Wangting power plant.This paper addresses the issue of upstream and downstream gate synchronization operations at Wangting Water Control Hub exceeding the requirements of engineering operation management regulations.It achieves this through measures such as revising operational procedures,replacing travel devices,and implementing automatic locking devices with I-beams.These actions have reduced the time consumed for upstream and downstream gate synchronization operations at Wangting Power Plant,saving economic costs,improving the reliability of the gate operation system,and yielding positive results.
