密云调蓄泵站工程标准化管理探索

摘要 密云调蓄泵站工程在建设之初未考虑运行管理标准化建设理念,存在管理技术人员薄弱、标准化制度体系不切实际、智能化程度低等诸多问题,亟需建立一套适宜的标准化体系,达到泵站工程管理责任明细化、管理工作制度化、管理人员专业化、管理运行安全化、管理过程规范化的目标。文章重点介绍了在密云调蓄工程标准化建设过程中的经验做法,探索了自动化改造、智能化泵站建设的思路,为相似水利工程标准化建设提供借鉴。 At the outset of Miyun Reservoir Pumping Station Project,the concept of standardized management during operation and maintenance was not adequately considered.This resulted in challenges such as a shortage of management personnel with technical expertise,impractical standardization systems,and a low level of automation.There was an urgent need to establish a suitable system for standardization,aiming to achieve detailed management responsibilities,institutionalized management practices,specialized personnel,safety in operations,and standardized processes in the management of the pump station project.This paper primarily focuses on sharing the experiences and practices employed in the standardization process of Miyun Reservoir Project.It explores ideas related to automation upgrades and the construction of intelligent pump stations,offering valuable insights for similar water conservancy projects aiming for standardized development.
