河南主要蚕用柞树品种营养成分分析

Analysis of Nutritional Components of Quercus Varieties forRearing Tussah in Henan Province

为研究河南南阳地区主要蚕用柞树品种的营养特性,对栓皮栎、麻栎、槲栎3种柞树树叶进行营养成分测定。3种柞树叶均含有大量的营养物质,维生素和矿物质元素丰富,其中含水分52.60%~62.83%、蛋白质5.12%~5.84%、脂肪0.43%~0.53%、总糖6.33%~9.35%、总灰分1.49%~1.96%、总黄酮0.42%~0.50%。

In order to study the nutritional characteristics of the Quercus varieties for rearing tussah in Nanyang of Henan Province,the leaves of Quercus variabilis,Quercus acutissima and Quercus aliena were collected for the determination of nutritional components.Three kinds of Quercus leaves contain a lot of nutrients,rich in vitamins and mineral elements.The moisture content ranged from 52.60%to 62.83%,the protein content from 5.12%to 5.84%,the fat content from 0.43%to 0.53%,the total sugar content from 6.33%to 9.35%,the total ash content from 1.49%to 1.96%,and the total flavonoid content from 0.42%to 0.50%.
