针灸干预失眠症研究现状和热点分析

Research status and hotspots of acupuncture intervention in insomnia

目的通过文献计量学方法分析针灸干预失眠症的研究现状和热点。方法通过检索Web of Science核心合集数据库获取针灸干预失眠症相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023-03-31。运用VOSviewer 1.6.16提取纳入研究的作者、国家、机构、关键词,并生成高产合作作者、国家、机构网络图和高频关键词的聚类图,采用CiteSpace 5.7.R5W突现词检测功能探寻关键词的突变点。结果最终纳入901篇文献,文献年发表量呈增长趋势。中国是发文量最多的国家(297篇),香港大学是发文量最多的机构(41篇)。3863位作者参与针灸干预失眠症研究,其中发文量最多的作者是Yeung Wingfai(19篇),主要作者形成6个团队,团队间缺乏密切合作。针灸干预失眠症研究热点集中在临床疗效评价、慢性疼痛所致失眠以及失眠后焦虑、抑郁。结论针灸干预失眠症研究正处于发展阶段,文献量呈增长趋势,中国在该领域处于领先地位,团队内部合作较紧密,但团队间需加强交流合作。临床疗效评价是目前研究热点和重点关注的内容。

Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of acupuncture intervention in insomnia by bibliometric method.Methods The researches related to acupuncture and moxibustion intervention in insomnia were obtained by searching the Web of Science core collection database,and the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 31,2023.VOSviewer 1.6.16 was used to extract the authors,team is relatively close,but the communication and cooperation between the teams need to be strengthened.Clinical efficacy evaluation is a research hotspot and a key research content at present.
