超声技术在小肝癌诊疗中的应用进展

Application progress of ultrasound technologies in small hepatocellular carcinoma

肝细胞癌(HCC)是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,HCC患者被发现时病情已发展至中晚期,早诊断、早治疗是恶性肿瘤患者预后的重要因素,因此对早期肝癌的检出及鉴别十分重要。随着超声技术的飞速发展,超声检查也成为众多疾病筛查的首选检查方式,本文就超声技术在小肝癌中的应用进展进行综述。

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice,and patients condition with HCC have already developed to the middle and late stages when they are found.Early diagnosis and treatment are important factors for the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors,so it is very important to detect and differentiate hepatocellular carcinoma in the early stage.With the rapid development of ultrasound technologies,ultrasound examination has also become the preferred examination modality for screening of many diseases,and this paper reviews the progress of ultrasound technologies in the application of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
