介孔二氧化硅固化肉桂油的研究

摘要 目的:探讨采用介孔二氧化硅XDP3050、244FP和AL-1FP固化肉桂油的方法及其适用性。方法:考查介孔二氧化硅XDP3050、244FP和AL-1FP吸附肉桂油后的特征,并以肉桂油的主要成分桂皮醛为指标考查肉桂油被介孔二氧化硅固化后的稳定性,粉末的休止角以及累积溶出率,揭示介孔二氧化硅XDP3050、244FP和AL-1FP对挥发油固化的可行性。结果:与肉桂油比较,经介孔二氧化硅XDP3050、244FP和AL-1FP固化后肉桂油的热稳定性提高,休止角减小,流动性增加,溶出速率也相应加快。结论:介孔二氧化硅XDP3050、244FP和AL-1FP可用于肉桂油的固化,固化后有利于该药的应用。 Objective:To explore the method and applicability of solidifying cinnamon oil using mesoporous silica XDP3050,244FP,and AL-1FP.Methods:The characteristics of mesoporous silica XDP3050,244FP,and AL-1FP adsorbed cinnamon oil were investigated,and the stability of cinnamon oil after solidification by mesoporous silica,as well as the angle of rest and cumulative release of the powder,were investigated using cinnamaldehyde,the main component of cinnamon oil,as indicators.The feasibility of mesoporous silica XDP3050,244FP,and AL-1FP in solidifying volatile oil was revealed.Results:Compared with cinnamon oil,cinnamon oil solidified with mesoporous silica XDP3050,244FP,and AL-1FP showed improved thermal stability,decreased angle of rest,increased fluidity,and correspondingly accelerated release rate.Conclusion:Mesoporous silica XDP3050,244FP,and AL-1FP can be used for the solidification of cinnamon oil,which is beneficial for its application after solidification.
