股骨颈动力交叉钉系统在中青年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨股骨颈动力交叉钉系统(FNS)在中青年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年7月山东省滨州市中心医院骨科收治的股骨颈骨折患者56例,根据患者内固定方式不同分为FNS组(n=26)和3枚空心加压螺钉(CCS)组(n=30)。对比两组患者手术情况、并发症发生情况、随访情况。结果:FNS组手术时间、术中透视次数少于CCS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FNS组股骨头坏死发生率及内固定失效率低于CCS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FNS组下地负重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于CCS组,髋关节Harris评分高于CCS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FNS治疗中青年股骨颈骨折可减少术中透视次数,缩短手术时间,减少股骨头坏死及内固定失败发生率,使患者能在更短的时间内下地负重,促进骨折愈合与髋关节功能恢复。 Objective To explore the application of femoral neck dynamic cross nail system(FNS)in young and middle-aged femoral neck fractures.Methods 56 patients with femoral neck fractures treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were divided into FNS group(26 cases)and 3 cannulated compression screws(CCS)group(30 cases)according to different internal fixation methods.The baseline data,operation,complications and follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy times in FNS group were significantly less than those in CCS group(P<0.05).Compared with CCS group,FNS group had lower incidence of femoral head necrosis and failure rate of internal fixation(P<0.05).Compared with CCS group,FNS group had shorter weight-bearing time and fracture healing time,and higher Harris score of hip joint(P<0.05).Conclusions FNS can reduce the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy,shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of femoral head necrosis and internal fixation failure,and the patients can bear weight in a shorter time,with faster fracture healing and better recovery of hip function.
