项目管理在提高淋巴瘤化疗患者健康教育知晓率中的应用效果

Assessment of the Application Effectiveness of Project Management in Increasing Health Education Awareness Among Lymphoma Chemotherapy Patients

目的:探讨项目管理(PM)在提高淋巴瘤化疗患者健康教育知晓率中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4—9月广东省人民医院肿瘤医院<南方医科大学附属广东省人民医院><广东省医学科学院>收治的41例淋巴瘤化疗患者为研究对象。成立PM小组,分析化疗后健康教育知晓率低的原因,运用PM的方法规范落实化疗患者健康教育,制定健康教育路径,对41例淋巴瘤化疗患者进行有计划性的健康教育,比较项目实施前后患者健康教育知晓率及护理满意度的变化。结果:化疗后,淋巴瘤治疗相关知识健康教育知晓率高于初诊时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);项目管理实施后,淋巴瘤化疗患者骨髓抑制发生率、静脉血栓栓塞发生率、患者平均住院天数及平均住院费用均有所下降,护理满意度有所提升。结论:实施PM可以有效提高淋巴瘤化疗患者健康教育知晓率,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effects of Project Management(PM)in improving health education awareness rates among lymphoma chemotherapy patients.Methods Forty-one lymphoma chemotherapy patients treated at the Tumor Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital affiliated with Southern Medical University and Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences from April to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A PM team was established to analyze the reasons for low health education awareness rates after chemotherapy,apply PM methods to standardize the implementation of health education for chemotherapy patients,formulate health education pathways,and conduct planned health education for 41 lymphoma chemotherapy patients.The changes in patient health education awareness rates and nursing satisfaction before and after project implementation were compared.Results After chemotherapy,the health education awareness rates of lymphoma treatment-related knowledge were higher than at the initial diagnosis,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the implementation of project management,the incidence of bone marrow suppression,venous thromboembolism,average length of hospital stay,and average hospitalization costs for lymphoma chemotherapy patients all decreased,and nursing satisfaction improved.Conclusions Implementing PM can effectively increase health education awareness rates among lymphoma chemotherapy patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
