七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者麻醉中的应用效果

The application and effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in laparoscopic hysterectomy anesthesia patients

目的:探讨七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年6月成武县人民医院麻醉科收治的腹腔镜子宫切除术患者的80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼,观察组给予七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼,每组各40例,观察两组患者的麻醉效果、应激反应、镇静评分和不良反应。结果:观察组自主呼吸恢复、睁眼、言语应答、定向力恢复时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者T1、T2时间段的血清皮质醇(COR)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、血糖(GLU)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者中的应用效果较好,安全性和有效性较高,可有效减轻患者的应激反应。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in the Department of Anesthesiology of Chengwu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table.The control group was administered propofol combined with remifentanil,and the observation group was administered sevoflurane combined with remifentanil.The anesthesia effect,stress response,sedation score,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The observation group had significantly shorter times for spontaneous respiration recovery,eye opening,verbal response,and orientation recovery than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of serum cortisol(COR),norepinephrine(NA),and blood glucose(GLU)in the observation group during the T1 and T2 periods were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(27.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy shows better effectiveness,higher safety,and effectiveness,and can effectively reduce patients'stress responses.
