从大肠“实而不满”分析铁死亡对溃疡性结肠炎的意义

Significance Analysis of Ferroptosis on Ulcerative Colitis from Perspective of"Shi Er Bu Man"of Large Intestine

肠道发生铁死亡可以诱发溃疡性结肠炎。从中医理论上讲,大肠属腑,应符合“实而不满”的生理特点,即大肠可以暂时储存糟粕,但不能过多地储存精气。铁、脂质属于精微物质,被人体摄取后成为精气的组成部分。铁和脂质过载时,会发生铁死亡,进而发生溃疡性结肠炎。因此,溃疡性结肠炎中铁死亡的发生过程印证了大肠“实而不满”的特点。此外,铁死亡的防御机制体现了阴阳调和的中医特点,而大肠的铁与脂质的“过满”亦可从浊毒理论理解。

Ferroptosis in the Large intestine can induce ulcerative colitis.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the Large intestine belongs to the Fu viscera and conforms to the physiological characteristics of"Shi Er Bu Man",that is,the Large intestine can temporarily store dregs but cannot store too much Essence.Iron and lipids are essential substances that are absorbed by the human body and become components of the Essence.When iron and lipid overload occurs,ferroposis can occur,leading to ulcerative colitis.Therefore,the occurrence of ferroposis in ulcerative colitis confirms to the characteristic of the Large intestine being"Shi Er Bu Man".In addition,the defense mechanism of ferroptosis reflects the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of Yin and Yang harmony,and the"overcrowding"of iron and lipids in the Large intestine can be understood from the Turbid toxin theory.
