石学敏院士醒脑开窍治则临床应用探秘

Exploring Clinical Application of Academician Shi Xuemin's Principle for Xingnao Kaiqiao(Awakening Brain and Opening Aperture)

醒脑开窍治则是1972年石学敏院士创立的中风治疗大法。针对中风“窍闭神匿,神不导气”的病机,以醒脑开窍治则为指导的针刺疗法旨在调神醒脑、开窍启闭。石院士认同心脑共主神明,醒脑宁心以调神,神调则气血津液运行通畅,五脏六腑功能正常。以醒脑开窍治则为指导的针刺疗法可治疗卒中后偏瘫、卒中后吞咽障碍、血管性痴呆等中风并发症,抑郁、焦虑等精神类疾病,小儿脑瘫、多发性硬化等脑病,面肌痉挛、坐骨神经痛等周围神经病以及各种疑难杂症。

"Xingnao Kaiqiao Treatment Principle"is a stroke treatment method proposed by Academician Shi Xuemin in 1972.In response to the pathogenesis of stroke,which is characterized by"Qiaobi Shenni(closed aperture and hidden mind)induced Shen not guiding Qi",acupuncture therapy guided by the principle of"awakening brain and opening aperture"is aimed at regulating the mind,awakening the brain and opening the mind.Academician Shi believes that the mind and brain jointly control the Shen of man and calming the mind and Heart is essential for regulating the mind,which would ensure smooth circulation of Qi,blood,body Fluids,and the normal functions of the Five Zang organs and Six Fu organs.Acupuncture therapy guided by the principles of awakening the brain and opening the mind can treat stroke complications such as hemiplegia,swallowing disorders,vascular dementia,depression,anxiety,and other mental disorders.It can also treat brain diseases such as cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis in children,peripheral neuropathies such as facial muscle spasms and sciatica,as well as various difficult and complex diseases.
