MDT联合CBL教学法在八年制内科学实践教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察八年制内科学教学实践中多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的应用成效。方法 2021年9月—2022年6月,选取2020年9月入学的中南大学湘雅三医院2020级30名临床医学专业八年制学生为研究组(n=30,MDT联合CBL教学法),以既往2019级32名临床医学专业八年制学生为对照组(n=32,CBL教学法),对比两组理论考核成绩、临床实践考核成绩、临床综合教学效果及教学总满意度。结果 研究组理论考核成绩、临床实践考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学效果、教学总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床医学八年制内科学教学实践中采用MDT联合CBL教学法的教学效果显著,有利于提高学生的理论知识水平与临床实践操作能力。 Objective To observe the application effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in eight-year internal medicine teaching practice.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,a total of 30 eight-year clinical medicine students enrolled in September 2020 from the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were selected as the study group(n=30,MDT combined with CBL teaching method),and a total of 32 eight-year clinical medicine majors in 2019 were selected as the control group(n=32,CBL teaching method).The results of theoretical assessment,clinical practice assessment,teaching effect and total teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The academic performance and clinical practice performance of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect and total teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with CBL teaching method has remarkable teaching effect in clinical medicine eight-year internal medicine teaching practice,which is beneficial to improve students'theoretical knowledge level and clinical practice operation ability.
