PBL教学法结合3D打印技术在小儿心脏外科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合3D打印技术在小儿心脏外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年1月—2022年1月在解放军总医院第七医学中心小儿心脏外科参加住院医师规范化培训的30名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为常规教学组和PBL组,每组15名。培训结束后,对两组进行临床考核及教学满意度调查,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果 PBL组专业基础知识和临床操作技能成绩均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL组学习兴趣、学习互动、掌握知识及解决问题等满意度评分均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合3D打印技术可提高小儿心脏外科临床教学成绩及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of pediatric cardiac surgery.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 30 residents who participated in the standardized resident training in pediatric cardiac surgery department of the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the conventional teaching group and PBL group,with 15 residents in each group.After the training,clinical assessment and teaching satisfaction survey were conducted to compare the teaching results of the two groups.Results The scores of professional basic knowledge and clinical operation skills in PBL group were higher than those in conventional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of learning interest,learning interaction,knowledge mastery and problem solving in PBL group were higher than those in conventional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with 3D printing technology can improve clinical teaching results and teaching satisfaction in pediatric cardiac surgery.
