国内急诊教学动态及热点——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

摘要 目的 基于CiteSpace知识图谱探讨国内急诊教学的研究现状和热点。方法 通过知网、万方、维普检索建库日起至2022年12月31日急诊教学相关文献,应用文献计量学研究方法和CiteSpace软件对国内急诊教学文献年产出、期刊发表、作者发文、研究机构发文频次,关键词频次、中介中心性、突现词和高被引文献频次,构建研究机构网络、关键词双图叠加网络和时间线网络并以知识图谱的形式进行呈现,探讨国内急诊教学领域的研究现状和热点。结果 研究共纳入262篇文献,分析表明国内急诊教学领域文献逐年增长,2005年开始文献产出激增。急诊教育领域期刊以非核心杂志为主,从研究机构和作者发文看,国内急诊教学领域内科研力量分散,还未形成较为稳定、密切的机构合作关系。急诊教学热点关键词包括急诊教学、急诊医学、急诊、临床教学、教学、教学方法和翻转课堂等。高被引文献提示在现有的教学体系和方法基础上,正在从理论和实践上不断探索新的科学合理的急诊临床教学途径与方法。结论 基于CiteSpace对国内急诊教学领域的文献进行计量学分析,可以更加清晰、直观地了解到国内急诊教学的研究现状,有助于总结该领域的研究现状,推动该领域的发展。 Objective The purpose of the present study is to explore the research status and hotspots of domestic emergency teaching using CiteSpace and knowledge graph.Methods From the date of the establishment of the database for emergency teaching on CNKI,Wanfang,and Weibo,until December 31,2022,bibliometric research methods and CiteSpace software were applied to analyze the annual output,journal publication,author publication,research institution publication frequency,keyword frequency,intermediary centrality,prominent words,and high citation frequency of domestic emergency teaching literature,and to construct a research institution network The keyword dual graph overlay network and timeline network are presented in the form of a knowledge graph to explore the current research status and hotspots in the field of emergency teaching in China.Results A total of 262 literatures were included in this study.The analysis revealed that the number of literatures on domestic emergency teaching has increased by year and the number had begun to explode since 2005.The publication was mainly from non-core journals.From the perspective of institutions and author publications,research power was very spread out and a stable and close institutional cooperation relationship has not yet been formed in the field of domestic emergency teaching.The hotspot keywords included emergency teaching,emergency medicine,emergency,clinical teaching,teaching,teaching method and flipped classroom.The results of highly cited publications indicated continually explored new scientific and reasonable clinical emergency teaching approach and methodology based on the existing teaching system and methods both in theory and in practice.Conclusions The bibliometric analysis of domestic emergency teaching with CiteSpace could make us have a clear and intuitive understanding of the research status of domestic emergency teaching,which will contribute to the summary of the research status and the development of this field in the future.
