基于“脾病下流乘肾”探讨糖尿病肾病研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes nephropathy based on the theory of “spleen disease is inferior to kidney”

糖尿病肾病(DKD)因其发病因素、所处病理阶段及临床表现的错综复杂性,致使诸多医家无法准确把握疾病的病因病机及治法。通过对近5年的中英文相关文献进行梳理与总结,结合DKD分为隐性期、显性期以及终末期的特点,以“脾病下流乘肾”为纲,从气阴两虚、脾肾阳虚、毒损肾络等三方面详细论述了DKD的病因病机及治法,以期为中医药防治DKD提供新的思路与方法。

Due to the intricate and complex factors,pathological stages,and clinical manifestations of diabetes kidney disease(DKD),many doctors are unable to accurately grasp the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of the disease.Therefore,this article reviews and summarizes relevant literature in both Chinese and English in the past five years,combined with the characteristics of DKD being divided into recessive stage,dominant stage and terminal stage.Taking“spleen disease is inferior to kidney”as the key,it provides a detailed overview of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of DKD from qi yin deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency and toxic damage to kidney meridians,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of DKD with traditional Chinese medicine.
