网球运动营养补剂——机制、效果和策略

摘要 网球比赛往往存在赛程紧、比赛时间长和高温炎热等情况,运动员极可能表现受限和机体不完全恢复。补充营养补剂对于优化机体能量储存、提高运动表现和促进疲劳恢复的影响已经被广泛认可,因此营养补剂在网球运动中就显得尤为重要。该文通过对现有文献总结,从运动补剂的作用机制、补充方案以及对运动表现的影响方面,系统阐述了咖啡因、肌酸、钠盐缓冲剂、β-丙氨酸、一氧化氮前体物和甘油在运动实践中的补充策略和亟待解决的问题,以期为网球运动中科学合理地使用运动营养补剂提供参考。 With tennis matches often involving tight schedules,long durations and high temperatures,athletes are at high risk of limited performance and incomplete physical recovery.Nutritional supplements have been widely recognized for their effects on optimizing energy stores and improving performance and recovery,making them particularly important in tennis.By summarizing the existing literature,this review systematically elaborated the supplementation strategies and urgent problems of caffeine,creatine,sodium buffers,β-alanine,nitric oxide precursors,and glycerol in sports practice from the perspective of the mechanisms of action,supplementation protocols,and effects on performance.This review will provide a reference for the scientifically rational use of sports nutritional supplements in tennis.
