摘要 目的:翻译教育氛围量表(Educational Climate Inventory,ECI)形成中文版,并检验其信效度。方法:根据Brislin模型进行翻译,经专家咨询文化调适后,形成中文版ECI。选取湖北省5所本科学校的732名在读护生进行调查,检验量表的信效度。结果:中文版ECI包括3个维度,共18个条目。量表条目水平内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.89~1.00,平均量表水平内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.99。探索性因子分析提取了3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为58.00%,验证性因子分析结果显示,三因子模型的拟合较好。量表Cronbach'sα为0.88,折半信度为0.84。结论:中文版ECI具有较好的信效度,可用于测量本科护生的教育氛围感知情况。 Objective:To translate the Educational Climate Inventory(ECI)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was translated according to the Brislin translation model,and the Chinese version of ECI was formed after cultural adaptation through expert consultation.A total of 732 nursing students from 5 undergraduate universities in Hubei province were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of ECI included 3 dimensions and 18 items.The item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)of the Chinese version of ECI ranged from 0.89 to 1.00,and the average scale⁃content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.99.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 58.00%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that the three⁃factor model was well⁃fitted.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.88.The split⁃half reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.84.Conclusions:The Chinese version of ECI had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the perceptions of the educational climate of undergraduate nursing students.
