极小种群野生植物白果蒲桃的种子萌发特性研究

摘要 以福建省特有的极小种群野生植物白果蒲桃种子为试验材料,对其成熟形态、含水量、非结构性碳水化合物含量以及不同温度和内含物质含量对种子发芽率和发芽趋势的影响进行研究。探究其种子最佳成熟形态和最适萌发条件,提高种苗的保育质量和数量。结果表明,在28℃下,成熟形态为绿皮和白皮,含水量分别为34.78%和42.22%的种子发芽率较高,分别为87.23%和85.71%,是处于最适宜萌发状态的成熟度和温度。不同成熟形态的种子在非结构性碳水化合物的物质含量及组分分布,均有显著差异,导致其在发芽势和发芽速率上存在明显变化。各数据指标之间均存在相关性,实际生产中可依据相关指标的估测,进行种苗保育试验,以期为种质资源的野外回归和可持续利用研究提供参考价值。 The seeds of Syzygium album were used as test material,which is endemic to Fujian Province.We investigated the effects of maturation morphology,water content,nonstructural carbohydrate content,and different temperatures and contents of intrinsic substances on seed germination rates and germination trends,and investigating the best maturation morphology and optimum germination conditions of Syzygium album seeds,to improve the quality and quantity of seedling conservation.The results showed that the seed germination rate was 87.23% and 85.71% at 28 ℃,which were the most suitable for germination.And there were significant differences in the content and distribution of non-structural carbohydrates,which led to significant changes in germination potential and germination rate.All data indicators are correlated with each other,the actual production can be based on the estimation of relevant indicators and seedling conservation trials,and provide reference value for the wild regression and sustainable utilization of germplasm resources.
