摘要
工业废料的铂族金属含量远远高于地壳中的含量,铂族金属二次资源回收利用具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过开展条件试验,采用碱熔-酸浸法回收低品位铂族金属废料中的铂和铑。研究发现,焙烧温度为700℃,碱用量为物料质量的1.8倍,焙烧时间为90 min时,铂、铑的浸出率分别可以达到99.28%、95.27%。
The content of platinum group metals in industrial waste is much higher than that in the crust,and the recycling and utilization of platinum group metal secondary resources has significant social and economic benefits.Through conducting conditional experiments,this paper adopts the alkali melting-acid leaching method to recover platinum and rhodium from low-grade platinum group metal waste.Research has found that when the roasting temperature is 700℃,the amount of alkali used is 1.8 times the mass of the material,and the roasting time is 90 min,the leaching rates of platinum and rhodium can reach 99.28%and 95.27%,respectively.
