摘要
本文以钢渣的乙酸浸出液为试验原料,采用碳酸化方式对CO_(2)进行固定,同时再生部分乙酸。试验结果表明,溶液pH为8.0,固碳温度为55℃,转化时间为3 h,CO_(2)流量为5 mL/min时,碳酸化转化率最高。在最佳工艺条件下,Ca转化率达98.38%,Mg转化率为23.61%,固碳后液循环浸出钢渣,可节约37.78%乙酸,固碳产物的主要成分为CaCO_(3),品位为96.88%。该工艺成本低,试剂消耗少,具有一定工业应用价值。
Taking acetic acid leaching solution of steel slag as the experimental material,this paper uses carbonation to fix CO_(2)and regenerate some acetic acid.The experimental results show that the carbonation conversion rate is highest when the solution pH is 8.0,the carbon fixation temperature is 55℃,the conversion time is 3 h,and the CO_(2)flow rate is 5 mL/min.Under the optimal process conditions,the conversion rate of Ca is 98.38%,and the conversion rate of Mg is 23.61%,and the liquid circulation leaching of steel slag after carbon fixation can save 37.78%acetic acid,and the main component of the carbon fixation product is CaCO_(3),with a grade of 96.88%.This process has low cost,low reagent consumption,and certain industrial application value.
