空压机在盐湖卤水矿床中的适用性研究

摘要 采用潜水泵疏干性开采盐湖卤水矿床时,地下水位会逐步下降,潜水泵的安置深度和电机功率都要增加,相应的潜水泵投资和维检费用将大幅增加。若采用空压机采卤,则可降低设备维检费用。本文以某盐湖矿山为例,分别应用潜水泵和空压机开展采卤试验,对比分析空压机采卤与潜水泵采卤的经济性,为后期采卤规划提供设计依据。 When using submersible pumps for drainage extraction of salt lake brine deposits,the groundwater level will gradually decrease,and the installation depth and motor power of the submersible pumps will increase,resulting in a significant increase in investment and maintenance costs for the submersible pumps.If an air compressor is used for brine extraction,the cost of equipment maintenance and inspection can be reduced.Taking a salt lake mine as an example,this paper applies submersible pumps and air compressors to conduct brine extraction experiments,and compares and analyzes the economic benefits of air compressor and submersible pump brine extraction,thus providing a design basis for later brine extraction planning.
