摘要
微生物检测技术具有高效、高敏感等特性,在水质监测中具有极高的应用价值。在水质监测中,常见的微生物检测技术有两种,即微生物传感器和聚合酶链式反应。本文结合微生物传感器和聚合酶链式反应的原理,构建应用可靠性评价模型,对常见的微生物检测技术进行评价,然后提出建议,从而将微生物检测技术更好地应用在水质监测中。
Microbial detection technology has high efficiency and sensitivity,and has high application value in water quality monitoring.In water quality monitoring,there are two common microbial detection technologies,namely microbial sensors and polymerase chain reaction.Based on the principles of microbial sensors and polymerase chain reaction,this paper constructs an application reliability evaluation model,evaluates common microbial detection technologies,and then puts forward suggestions to better apply microbial detection technology in water quality monitoring.
