摘要
在未来国民经济中,集成电路发挥越来越重要的作用。危险废物种类及数量的多少取决于该行业的发展水平。本文结合集成电路行业的产废种类和特点,分析集成电路行业危废资源化处理技术,从而更好地实现资源化处理。资源化处理工艺较多,危废处理企业需要根据接收物料信息、经济合理性及技术可行性等因素选择最佳处理工艺,实现经济效益和环境效益的双赢。上游集成电路企业需要根据工艺调整,及时与下游处置企业沟通,在前端协助解决危废处理问题。
In the future national economy,integrated circuits will play an increasingly important role.The types and quantities of hazardous waste depend on the level of development of the industry.Based on the types and characteristics of waste generated in the integrated circuit industry,this paper analyzes the technology for resource utilization of hazardous waste in the integrated circuit industry,in order to better achieve resource utilization.There are many resource utilization processes,and hazardous waste treatment enterprises need to choose the best treatment process based on factors such as receiving material information,economic rationality,and technical feasibility,in order to achieve a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.Upstream integrated circuit enterprises need to communicate with downstream disposal enterprises in a timely manner based on process adjustments,and assist in resolving hazardous waste disposal issues at the front end.
