The Role of New Quality Productivity in Promoting the Transformation of China s Economic Development Model:Based on the Perspective of Internal and External Effects of Private Enterprises

从马克思主义生产力理论和习近平经济思想两个角度,阐述新质生产力与我国经济发展模式转变的理论逻辑,分析新质生产力对我国经济发展模式转变的推动作用及其机制。从内部效应和外部效应两个方面分析民营企业在新质生产力形成中的作用和影响。研究结论如下:新质生产力是我国经济发展模式转变的重要推动力,民营企业通过对新质生产力形成的内外部效应作用于我国经济发展模式的转变;需要从加大对民营企业科技创新的支持力度、优化民营企业参与市场竞争的环境和条件、强化民营企业发展的法治保障、提升民营企业参与国际竞争合作的能力和水平等方面制定和实施相关政策。

From the perspectives of Marxist productivity theory and Xi Jinping s economic thoughts,the paper expounds the theoretical logic of new quality productivity and the transformation of China s economic development model,and analyzes the role and mechanism of new quality productivity in promoting the transformation of China s economic development model.From the aspects of internal effects and external effects,the role and influence of private enterprises in the formation of new quality productivity are analyzed.The conclusions of the research are as follows:New quality productivity is an important driving force to promote the transformation of China s economic development model,and private enterprises play a role in the transformation of China s economic development model through the internal and external effects on the formation of new quality productivity;Relevant policies need to be formulated and implemented to increase support for the scientific and technological innovation of private enterprises,optimize the environment and conditions for private enterprises to participate in market competition,strengthen the legal guarantee for the development of private enterprises,and raise the ability and level of private enterprises to participate in international competition and cooperation.
