2018—2022年合肥口岸出入境人员梅毒监测结果分析

Analysis on Syphilis Monitoring Results of Entry-Exit Personnel at Hefei Port from 2018 to 2022

目的分析合肥口岸出入境人员梅毒监测结果,了解人群感染情况、分布规律及流行病学特征,为口岸梅毒监测及预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2018—2022年合肥口岸出入境人员梅毒监测结果,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计学分析。结果2018—2022年共监测出入境人员44898例,检出梅毒感染者60例,检出率为0.13%(60/44898),不同年份间梅毒阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.083,P<0.05)。不同性别组梅毒阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.053,P<0.05),男性高于女性,年龄主要集中在41~50岁,占阳性感染者总人数28.33%(17/60)。劳务人员感染数最高,阳性率为0.19%,不同职业人群组梅毒阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.759,P<0.05)。婚姻状况以已婚为主,占阳性人数构成比的61.67%(37/60)。文化程度以初中学历为主,占阳性人数构成比的58.33%(35/60);从国籍分布来看,以中国籍为主,前往国家主要是亚洲和非洲国家。结论合肥口岸梅毒感染人群主要以劳务人员为主,针对重点人群应积极制定相关防控措施,从根本上减少梅毒感染率,控制梅毒的传播和蔓延。

Objective The results of the syphilis monitoring of entry-exit personnel at Hefei port were analyzed to understand the infection situation,distribution pattern and epidemiological characteristics of the population,so as to provide scientific basis for the monitoring and prevention of syphilis at the port.Methods The descriptive epide-miological method was used to analyze the syphilis monitoring results of Hefei ports from 2018 to 2022.Results From 2018 to 2022,a total of 44898 entry-exit cases were monitored,and 60 syphilis cases were detected,with a detection rate of 0.13%(60/44898).The positive syphilis detection rate varied significantly between the groups in different years(χ^(2)=6.083,P<0.05).The difference of syphilis positive detection rate was significant between gender groups(χ^(2)=4.053,P<0.05),higher in men than women.The age was mainly 41-50 years old,accounting for 28.33%(17/60)of the total number of positive infections;the number of labor infections was the highest,and the positive rate was 0.19%.The positive syphilis rate among different occupational groups(χ^(2)=15.759,P<0.05).The marital status was mainly married,accounting for 61.67%(37/60)of the number of positive persons.The education level is mainly junior high school education,accounting for 58.33%(35/60)of the number of positive students;In terms of nationality distribution,Chinese are mainly+nationality,and the destination are mainly Asian and African countries.Conclusion The syphilis infected people at Hefei port are mainly labor workers,and relevant preven-tion and control measures should be actively formulated for key groups to fundamentally reduce the infection rate of syphilis,and control the spread of syphilis.
