分工、双循环格局与共同富裕——超边际一般均衡分析

Division of labor,dual circulation pattern and common prosperity——an inframarginal general equilibrium analysis

国际金融危机发生以来,中国逐步从国际大循环主导的传统发展格局转向以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。为研究国内大循环主导的双循环格局演进的内在机理,揭示双循环新发展格局的形成和发展对共同富裕的促进效应,将经济发展格局演进放在劳动分工结构变迁的框架中,运用新兴古典经济学超边际和数值模拟分析方法,对经济格局演进过程与共同富裕效应进行分析。研究认为,单向外循环的不确定性和不稳定性逼迫外循环需要与内循环高效融合,国内市场交易效率的持续改进以及国内相对生产优势的改进将扩大内循环规模和强化内循环格局的地位,从而有利于形成以内循环为主体的双循环格局;外循环主导的经济发展格局有利于提升具有区位优势地区的富裕水平,而内循环主导的双循环发展格局不仅有利于缩小地区收入差距,也能缩小经济个体贫富差距,加快构建国内大循环主导的双循环格局对实现全体人民的共同富裕具有重要的促进效应。研究表明,通过构建模型分析双循环发展格局与共同富裕的关系,提出了全新的经济发展格局演进理论分析框架和视角,同时对如何加快构建双循环格局进而促进共同富裕社会建设也具有丰富的宏观政策启示价值。

China has witnessed a gradual transition from a traditional development pattern dominated by international macro circulation to a new development pattern where domestic macro circulation takes precedence and domestic and international circulations complement and promote each other since the global financial crisis.To study the mechanics behind the evolution of the dual circulation development pattern dominated by domestic macro circulation,and to unravel the effect of the formation and development of this new pattern in advancing common prosperity,this study places the evolution of economic development pattern within the context of shifts in division of labor,employs emerging classical economics methods such as inframarginal analysis and numerical simulation to scrutinize the evolution of economic patterns and their impact on common prosperity.The study argues that the uncertainty and instability in one-directional external circulation underscores the necessity for effectively integrating external and internal circulations.Sustained enhancements in domestic market efficiency and relative production advantages in China contribute to expanding the scale of internal circulation and bolstering its prominence,thus being conducive to establishing a dual circulation pattern where internal circulation takes precedence.While an economic pattern centered on external circulation enhances the prosperity of geographically advantaged regions,a dual circulation pattern,focusing on internal circulation,not only reduces regional income disparities but also narrows the wealth gap among individuals.Accelerating the construction of a dual circulation pattern dominated by the domestic macro circulation significantly contributes to realizing common prosperity for all.The research introduces a novel theoretical analysis framework and perspective on the evolution of economic development patterns by analyzing the relationship between dual circulation development pattern and common prosperity through model-building.It also offers substantial macroeconomic insights into expediting the establishment of a dual circulation pattern and thus fostering a society founded on common prosperity.
