三伏日、三九日中药穴位敷贴治疗肾虚型骨质疏松症42例

Treatment of 42 Cases of Renal Deficiency Type Osteoporosis with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Sanfu and Sanjiu Day

目的探讨三伏日、三九日采用中药穴位敷贴对肾虚型骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取江西中医药大学第二附属医院2022年1月至2023年3月收治的84例肾虚型骨质疏松症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各组均42例。对照组予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上,在三伏入伏日、三九进九日予以中药穴位敷贴治疗。对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、骨密度及生存质量。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分较对照组低,骨密度、WHO生活质量测定简表(QOL-26)各方面评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型骨质疏松症患者采用三伏日结合三九日进行穴位敷贴治疗效果较好,可降低中医证候积分,提高骨密度,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the treatment of kidney deficiency type osteoporosis on the sanfu and sanjiu day.Methods 84 patients with renal deficiency type osteoporosis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment on the day in the third lunar month and nine days in the third lunar month on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,bone density,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group had lower TCM syndrome scores compared to the control group,and higher scores in various aspects such as bone density and WHO Quality of Life(QOL-26)compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application therapy on the combination of the sanfu and sanjiu day is effective for patients with kidney deficiency type osteoporosis,which can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,increase bone density,and improve quality of life.
