摘要 目的 :探讨乳腺癌及乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶 2、9( MMP2、MMP9)的活性与乳腺癌浸润、转移的关系。方法 :利用明胶酶谱分析法测定乳腺癌及乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中 MMP2、MMP9的活性 ,并采用统计学方法分析 MMP2、MMP9活性与乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果 :乳腺癌组中 MMP2 (分子量 62 0 0 0 )、MMP9(分子量 82 0 0 0 )活性显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组( P<0 .0 1 ) ;而两组 MMP2 ( 62 0 0 0 + 72 0 0 0 )、MMP9( 82 0 0 0 + 92 0 0 0 )活性差异不显著( P>0 .0 5 )。转移组及浸润组 MMP2 ( 62 0 0 0 )、MMP9( 82 0 0 0 )活性显著高于非转移组及非浸润组( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :MMP2、MMP9的活性部分与乳腺癌的浸润、转移有关。 Objective: To investigate relationship between the activities of matrix metalloproteinase2,9 in breast tumors and metastasis of the tumors. Methods: Zymography was used to study the MMP 2,MMP 9 content in breast cancer, and statistics were made to analyze the association between the content of MMP2,9 and the clinical invasion and metastasis indexes of breast cancer. Results: Mean activities levels of MMP 2(62 000) and MMP 9(82 000) in breast cancer were significant higher than those in fibroadenomas ( P <0.01). There was no difference of the MMP2(62 000+72 000),MMP9(82 000+92 000) between the malignant and benign breast tumors ( P >0.05). Mean activities levels of MMP 2(62 000) and MMP 9(82 000) in invasion and metastasis groups were higher than those in non invasion and non metastasis groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion: These results demonstrated that a clear relationship between MMP 2 ,MMP 9 activities and the invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma.
