二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的价值分析

The Value of Metformin Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床价值。方法纳入2021年1月至2023年1月莲花县人民医院收治的患者74例,均为2型糖尿病患者。随机数字表法分成两组各37例。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿卡波糖。比较两组患者1个疗程后的临床疗效、服药期间不良反应情况以及治疗前后糖代谢指标、生活质量的变化情况。结果观察组1个疗程后临床总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05);观察组服药期间不良反应总发生率为8.11%,高于对照组的5.41%(P>0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)检测结果均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,安全性良好,能够明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,74 patients with type 2 diabetes were included in Lianhua County People's Hospital.Divide into two groups with 37 cases each using the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with acarbose in addition to the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during medication,and changes in glucose metabolism indicators and quality of life between two groups of patients after one course of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group after one course of treatment was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions during medication in the observation group was 8.11%,compared with 5.41%in the control group(P>0.05);the test results of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the physical function score,psychological function score,social function score,and material life state score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose is effective and safe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
